Currently the main task is putting content behind red links. Also adding new information as it comes out about the game.

Class Skills -- With the wealth of videos released the names and descriptions of some class skills can be added
Character Creation -- The recent Character Creation Video shows off the editor and the options
Characters & Races -- Citations of the book and information gathered from the Codex will be helpful here.
Missions -- Elaborate on the missions available in the game
Prothean Technology Category -- Mass Relays, Citadel Station, Soveriegn, and other creations of theirs
Special:Lonelypages -- These pages need attention
Special:Deadendpages -- These pages need links added to other content as it relates to the page
Special:Shortpages -- These pages need attention
Special:Wantedpages -- These pages need to be created, there are links for these pages. If the page will be too small or not needed, remove the link or condense the content of others on just one page, like companies or technology
Special:Wantedcategories -- These categories need to be created, there are links for these categories. If the category will be too small or not needed, remove the link or condense the content on one page
